mini caprese skewers
8 mozzerella pearls
8 grape tomatoes
8 leaves of fresh basil
evoo (dipping-quality, per favore)
balsamic vinegar
1. Wash and dry tomatoes and basil.
2. Assemble the three ingredients on a toothpick and drizzle with oil and vinegar.
(serves 2 because it's always more fun when there's enough to share or have seconds)
